Pineapple Chile Margarita

  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 pineapple wedges
  • Chile powder, for garnish


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the mezcal, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Dip the pineapple wedges in chile powder and garnish the glass.
