I love making drinks with butterscotch schnapps. Here's one of my favourites.

60ml butterscotch schnapps

15ml Amaretto (optional, but gives off a warm, almond aroma)

240-300ml prepared hot chocolate

Whipped cream and chocolate shavings to serve

Hoppin' hot scotch

1) In an Irish coffee glass or mug put the schnapps and the Amaretto followed by the hot chocolate.

2)Top with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Serve at once.
